A talented designer turned super builder; Kevin oversees the new pool construction operation jointly with the builders. When not working Kevin spends much of his time with his wife and two daughters.
Brian has worn several hats here at Puryear Pools and with his “dig in and get it done” attitude, excelled wearing all of them. He was originally hired 6 years ago as our Licensed Irrigator, his talents and customer service skills quickly put him into our sales department where he has succeeded beyond our expectations as our Sales Manager. Brian, with his numerous skills, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool construction and works hard keeping our customers happy. He definitely is the “go to” guy in our office.
Regina has been with Puryear for 6 years. She is a loving Grandma who loves to spoil her grandkids every chance she gets. But don’t let that sweet smile fool you this woman is a BEAST when it comes to getting things done. Diligent and assiduous are just a few of the words that describe Ms. Regina. We at Puryear feel blessed to have her as a part of the team.
Zach started in the pool industry at a national pool supply retailer. As he learned about the industry and grew to love it, he and his brother Alex started a pool service and maintenance business in the Dallas, TX area. He then moved on to managing a larger pool service company for a few years before joining the team at Puryear Custom Pools.
Tasked with growing both our renovations and maintenance departments, Puryear has found that he has done an exceptional job! With over 20 years of pool experience, John has the knowledge and drive to help with any and all of your renovation needs!
Bianca, from her first day gave out beams of sunshine with every “Hello”. Our Front Desk runs on her cheer and joy. Many times, she is the first voice our clients hear and we hear so many wonderful comments on her professionalism and how welcoming she is. Extremely efficient, she handles the appointment desk with ease along with all the other multitude of tasks we ask of her. We all love working with her and one of the few people we have ever met that makes you feel so great with a simple, Hello. Give her a call and “hear” for yourself!
Alisa is our Yankee who had the good sense to move to Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 girls and 2 boy’s pups (German Shepherds). Alisa loves being a part of our Puryear family, answering our phones, and greeting our customers. On most days, she is busy diving into any pool pun she can dig up!
Derek came to Puryear with fresh ideas and a willingness to learn. Not having had prior pool experience, Derek has turned into a full-fledged designer willing to go out of his way for his customer!
Steve has been making backyard dreams come true with Puryear as a Custom Pool Designer for 5 years. Steve is consistently ranked as one of our top producing designers. He is a dad of a fantastic 14-year son. His ability to capture someone’s dream and turn it to a reality is exciting to watch. He relies on his skills he developed as a teacher for 10 years to listening to his customers and help demystify the pool building process. He graduated from TCU in 1999, and again in 2005. Steve owned and ran his own bobcat services company specializing in excavation, construction cleanup, and landscaping for 5 years. He loves being outdoors and spending time at his property in East Texas.
Alex DeKeyser is a wonderful pool designer. He has spent over 7 years in the pool industry, working in almost every field, from designing to service to retail. Alex is a proud husband to Kelsi DeKeyser, and a father of 3 children, Chandler, D’Artagnan, and Anastasia. Alex and Kelsi are faithful Christians and believe in honesty and integrity in every area of their life. We are blessed that he joined our family here at Puryear Custom Pools, and we know our customers will be very satisfied working with him.
Brandon Cooper has been in the pool industry for over 20 years. He started cleaning pools as a way to go to college and soon enough he realized that pools were his passion so he made a career out of them. He has experience in service, remodeling, building and sales. Brandon has been with Puryear for almost 10 years, 7 of which he has been a designer, turning backyard dreams into living paradises. He has been praised for his friendliness, creativity and relationship building by several clients, not to mention he is currently one of Puryear’s top designers. Brandon spends his free time doing outdoor activities and enjoying the company of his family and his beloved children Joseph and Bella.
Being the driving force in the permitting process, Glenda is responsible for making sure your pool gets signed off with all the proper channels. When Friday turns to Saturday, you can find her chillin’ at home with her son.
Nick is a talented pool designer. He has spent over 10 years in the pool industry, from servicing pools to building new construction as a superintendent for Puryear Custom Pools. He has taken his knowledge and experience to the design department to give you the backyard oasis you are looking for. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family: Wife, Paula, of 20 years and 3 children Ruby, Lily, and Sadie.
Michelle has been in the outdoor living industry since 2012. She has done landscaping, irrigation with her husband and now designs custom pools for our clients. She is a proud mommy of Aaralyn and has a farm in Weatherford. She absolutely loves creating pools and spas so that her clients can enjoy nature and outdoor living at its best. Her motto is work hard and never quit. Tom has worked with Puryear since 2011. Helping customers through the process of building their pool is Tom’s main priority and he makes sure his customers are taken care of.
Jason has been in the pool industry for 20 years with 7 of those years with Puryear. He has a passion for designing pools and wants nothing but the best for our customers. In his spare time, you can find Jason riding his dirt bike on the motocross track or spending quality time with his wife and three children at his lake house in East Texas.
Eric Smith is our senior designer with 25 years in the pool business. He started designing pools in 1995 and has experience in construction as well as management. Eric is fully proficient in the latest design software and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool design as well as pool chemistry. As a pool owner of 17 years, he has a great understanding of different equipment types and how they function. He prides himself in being detail oriented and will work with his customers in any way possible to make them happy. Eric enjoys spending his free time with his wife Maria and his two kids Brendan and Ashley.
Scott brings 25 years to the pool business. He has worked with 3 top 50 pool companies including Puryear. Scott enjoys making the clients backyard into an oasis. He also provides quality control with the builders. When Scott is not working, he spends a lot of time at baseball fields, rodeos and cheerleading competitions watching his grandchildren.
Anna coordinates on all of our builds. She is constantly making sure that everything goes smoothly for our customers and our team. She loves the busy flow of our office. In her free time, Anna loves to cook and spend time with her family. When you meet her, ask her about her recipe for green spaghetti. It’s delicious!
I spent 8 years in landscape construction bringing peoples landscapes to life. Started as a builder with Puryear in 2021 and enjoy working for such a great company while also providing my customers with an awesome experience and seeing the look on their faces when their back yard oasis is complete. I enjoy my free time with family coaching numerous youth sports and watching my son play and love to enjoy the outdoors hunting and fishing.
Evan is a native Texan from Houston. He has prior knowledge of pool systems and chemistry from maintaining HOA Pool Facilities. With a background in Logistics and Mechanical Engineering, he applies his experience into the design process. Evan is known for the fact that he will help anyone and everyone who stops by the office. He and his wife have recently welcomed their first baby girl. If you see him around, he may or may not have slept!
Blake is native to North Texas, took a brief time in California to learn pool design, and is back on his native soil to join us in our Puryear team. He loves meeting new people and making their backyard dreams come true. Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 year old daughter, especially in the great outdoors.
Melissa is a native of Fort Worth. Being a pool designer, allows her to spend much of her time outdoors, meeting new people, which she truly enjoys. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing and camping. She loves being a part of our Puryear Team, laughing, and making people’s pool dreams come true!
